KCB rally team steer to the podium finish

FORT PORTAL – The roar of engines, the thrill of speed, and dust rising against the breath-taking backdrop of Fort Portal’s hills converged this past weekend at the UMC Fort Portal Rally 2025. The event once again solidified its place as a highlight on Uganda’s motorsport calendar, thrilling spectators with intense competition and spectacular driving performances.
Among the standout competitors were KCB Bank’s own Mike Mukula and his co-driver, Kiyinchi Edward. Demonstrating exceptional skill and teamwork, the duo clinched 1st place in Division 1 4WD and secured an impressive 3rd place overall, earning admiration from rally fans and motorsport enthusiasts alike.
Mukula and Kiyinchi’s success was grounded in consistency and resilience. Each stage of the rally presented demanding terrain and relentless challenges that tested their focus and collaboration to the fullest. Their podium finish was proof of precision driving, strategic navigation, and firm determination through the rally’s toughest stretches.
