According to a press statement from Police Spokes Person Mr Rusoke Kituuma, on August 10, 2024, a video circulated on social media showing an adult male torturing a minor by wrapping him in a mosquito net and strangling him.
“The police quickly acted and traced the incident to Butabira village, Namabu ward, Nyenga Division, in Buikwe District.
