Speaker Attacked Over Magogo Tractor Donation

BUDIOPE – Speaker, Uganda Parliament Anita Among and his husband Budiope East Member of Parliament Moses Magogo have secured a tractor to his constituency. On social media, the Speaker came under attack for misdirected donation and not respecting the husband in public.

Their dedication to extending healthcare hard to reach areas is commendable. In recognition of their pivotal role, we have ensured that they get a tractor to empower them in agriculture, aiming to uplift livelihoods,” wrote Among .
The donation has attracted mixed reaction from the public, some appreciating the speaker for the initiative and others attacking her for not respecting the husband.
