KCB Bank Uganda celebrated the graduation of Senior Leaders and NextGen Leaders from its KCB Leadership Way Academy’s programmes, underscoring the Bank’s commitment to building a high-performance leadership pipeline to drive growth, innovation, and excellent customer experience across its operations.
The graduation ceremony was presided over by KCB Bank Uganda Managing Director Edgar Byamah and attended by members of the Executive Committee and senior management. It recognised a cohort of leaders who completed a structured leadership development journey designed to strengthen leadership capability, cultivate a high-performance culture, and prepare managers to lead teams effectively in a dynamic business environment.
Speaking at the ceremony Wednesday July 2nd 2026, Byamah challenged leaders to begin with self-reflection, “Before you look at those you lead, look at the person in the mirror; authentic leadership begins with
knowing yourself and leading by example.”
